1847 1C Hawaii Cent MS64 Brown PCGS. CAC. M. 2CC-2. Crosslet 4, 15 berries. The 1847 Hawaiian cent has a decent mintage at 100,000 coin and consists of six varieties of which the Medcalf 2CC-2 is the most common. This piece displays attractive chocolate-brown luster with some vibrant red and deeper mahogany patina spots. The issue is seldom seen finer than MS64 in Brown and only four have been stickered beyond the present example (7/26).
